Small Group Training

Are you looking to train alongside an accountability partner? This is a great option for families and siblings, as well as friends who want to sweat together and have some friendly competition and motivation. All small group training workouts are programmed around the goals and needs of the clients just like 1:1 training. Together, we’ll create a fun, community-driven environment where everyone can work towards a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of themselves.
